The way our network is organized is that anyone who is a follower of Jesus can become a member of our community. (Interested in becoming a member? Email one of the staff people at the location you attend.) 

If you are a member at any one of our communities you are a member of the whole. 

A group of those members serve as our overseer board. The board creates policies that the staff exist inside, they pray for our church, they encourage our staff, and they provide general wisdom and oversight. 

We also have a leadership team made up of staff people from each of our churches that start to take our organizing documents (constitution and overseer policies) and work out what interconnected and what distinct look like. From there each one of our communities as its own staff team that leads their church with humility, sacrificial service, and enthusiasm.
